Hiding and Showing Accounts

Hiding an account removes it from one canvas without disconnecting it or deleting data.

How visibility works

Account visibility is per-canvas. Hiding an account on your day-to-day canvas doesn't hide it on your retirement canvas. Each canvas has its own set of visible and hidden accounts.

Hiding an account

Tap the account to open its detail sheet, tap the menu, then select “Hide from canvas.” The account disappears from the current canvas.

Showing a hidden account

Hidden accounts are always accessible through canvas settings. Open the gear and expand Hidden Accounts. Choose Re-add for a connected account or Restore for a manual account. It returns to the Accounts section.

Hidden accounts still count

Hiding an account is purely visual. A hidden account's balance still counts in any group or calculation it belongs to, and its transactions are still searchable. To exclude it elsewhere, update the calculation, remove it from the group, or unlink it from the goal.
